2026 natural resources camp
June 15-20, 2026 / Central Idaho 4-H Camp / Ketchum, ID
Spend a week near beautiful Sun Valley exploring and studying Idaho’s forests, streams, rangelands, soils, and wildlife with expert instructors who make it not only interesting, but fun! Who should attend?If you are ages 12-16 or a teacher who wants to learn about our natural environment, and how to protect it and use it wisely, this camp is for you.

The Natural Resources Camp has been a summer program since 1960. Spend a week near beautiful Sun Valley exploring and studying Idaho's natural resources. Discover nature's secrets for yourself by conducting experiments and completing outdoor projects. This is a hands-on camp. Also enjoy outdoor activities, such as hiking, fishing, volleyball, firearm safety, target shooting, and fireside sing-alongs. Compete with your friends in the Tournament of the Outdooors.
