Floodplain Enhancement and Recovery Act
​Legislative Status Update – October 6, 2026: Since this resolution was submitted, S. 1564 passed the U.S. Senate without amendment by unanimous consent on September 30 and was received in the House on October 5. H.R. 6256 remains the House companion legislation. Resolution 26-03 supports enactment of H.R. 6256/S. 1564, or substantially similar legislation.
